Cocktail hour
While you’re finishing wedding photos, give your guests a reason to mingle and smile. Cocktail hour is a natural time to start drawing and get the celebration going before dinner.
Wedding reception
Start after dinner for a relaxed addition to the dance floor, or during a buffet to entertain guests while they wait to eat. We’ll work with your timeline to make the drawing station a natural part of the evening.

Choose your drawing style
Our classic. Live marker drawings on paper, about 15–20 guests per artist per hour. Paper drawings include protective plastic tube bags so guests can take their artwork home.
Prefer digital? Choose files, on-site prints or our Digital Plus package with TVs showing the drawings live.
Plan your drawing station
- Wedding bookings have a 3-hour minimum. Share your guest count and timeline so we can recommend the right number of artists.
- We bring the drawing tables; provide three chairs per artist, preferably armless.
- Allow roughly a 10×10-foot area per artist. We can adapt to smaller spaces.
- Provide access to an electrical outlet for digital packages, TVs and station lighting.
